I believe in one God eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14, John 10:30).

 

I believe that God has revealed himself in the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, the inspired Word of God, and supremely in his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. (John 10:30; John 14:9).

 

I believe that in the beginning God created all things by His Son. He made man in His image, with free will, moral character, and a spiritual nature. (Colossians 1:16; Genesis 1:27).

 

I believe that man fell into sin, bringing depravity and death upon the human race; that as sinner, all mankind is self-centered and self-willed, unwilling and unable to break with sin. (Romans 3:20;  Romans 5:12)

 

I believe that there is one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who died to redeem us from sin and arose from the grave providing justification of sin. (Romans 5:17, John 3:16).

I believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Christ alone; a free gift bestowed by God on those who repent and believe in Him. (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Acts 3:19).

 

I believe that the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, affects the new birth, gives guidance in life, empowers believers for service, and enables perseverance in faith and holiness. (John 14:26; Acts 1:8; Romans 5:5; Romans 8:26-27).

I believe that the church is the body of Christ, a redeemed and disciplined people seeking to be obedient to the Word of God, displaying a fellowship of love, intercession, and healing. (1 Corinthians 12:27; Romans 12:5; Ephesians 4:12).

 

I believe that Christ commissioned the church to go into the entire world, making disciples of all the nations, and ministering to every human need. (Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 1:8).

I believe in the reality and personality of angels. We believe that God created the angels to be His servants and messengers (Nehemiah 9:6; Psalm 148:2; Hebrews 1:14).

I believe in the existence and personality of Satan and demons. Satan is a fallen angel who led a group of angels in rebellion against God (Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 28:12-15). He is the great enemy of God and man, and the demons are his servants in evil. He and his demons will be eternally punished in the lake of fire (Matthew 25:41; Revelation 20:10).

 

I believe that the souls of believers are, at death, absent from the body and present with the Lord, where they await their resurrection when spirit, soul, and body are reunited to be glorified forever with the Lord (Luke 23:43; 2 Corinthians 5:8; Philippians 1:23, 3:21; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). I believe that the souls of unbelievers remain, after death, in conscious misery until their resurrection when, with soul and body reunited, they shall appear at the Great White Throne judgment and shall be cast into the Lake of Fire to suffer everlasting punishment (Matthew 25:41-46; Mark 9:43-48; Luke 16:19-26; 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9; Revelation 20:11-15).
